All-on-X dental implants can replace a full arch of missing teeth without relying on uncomfortable dentures that shift and slide around. In some cases, you can even walk out with a brand-new smile the very same day.

CBCT Digital Imaging

With cone-beam computed tomography, or CBCT technology, we can provide our patients peace of mind with more effective and informative treatment planning. This reliable technology creates 3D images that ensure precise placement for increased patient comfort and better results.

The Benefits of All-on-X

Long Lifespan

With proper care, dental implants can last decades — often a lifetime. While the bridge attached to your implants may eventually need updating, it's far more durable compared to removable dentures that typically wear out every 5 years.

Lifelike Results

All-on-X bridges are designed from high-quality materials like porcelain or zirconia to closely match the look, feel, and function of natural teeth. Plus, because they're securely anchored to implants, you'll never experience the slipping or irritation that can happen with dentures.

Better Oral Health

Implants help stimulate and preserve your jawbone, preventing the bone loss that typically happens after tooth loss. All-on-X supports long-term oral health and helps maintain your facial structure over time.

The All-on-X Implant Process

Comprehensive Planning and Implant Placement

Comprehensive Planning and Implant Placement

Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation, including a 3D CBCT scan to assess your bone structure and design your custom surgical plan. Depending on your unique needs, 4 to 6 implants are strategically placed to maximize stability and support. Thanks to advancements in guided surgery, we can often angle implants to make the most of available bone, reducing the need for bone grafting. During the same visit, a temporary set of teeth is often attached, allowing you to leave with a full smile on the day of surgery.

Healing, Monitoring, and Temporary Prosthesis

Healing, Monitoring, and Temporary Prosthesis

Healing and integration (called osseointegration) are critical to long-term success. Over the next 3–6 months, your implants will permanently bond with your jawbone. During this time, you’ll wear a lightweight temporary prosthesis designed to protect the implants and support healing. You'll need to follow a soft food diet and attend a few check-ins at our office to monitor progress. As your implants stabilize, we’ll also gather additional impressions and digital scans to start crafting your final custom bridge.

Final Bridge Delivery and Smile Reveal

Final Bridge Delivery and Smile Reveal

After your implants have fully integrated and your final bridge is ready, you’ll return for your last appointment. Your temporary teeth will be removed, and your custom-crafted permanent bridge will be securely attached to the implants. We’ll make precise adjustments to ensure a perfect fit, beautiful appearance, and comfortable function. Once complete, you’ll leave with a stable, natural-looking smile that can last a lifetime with proper care.

Most patients who have lost multiple teeth — or are about to lose them — are good candidates for All-on-X implants. Having adequate bone density is helpful, but modern techniques like tilted implants often make it possible to avoid bone grafting. Patients should also be in good general health and free from untreated gum disease. During your consultation, we’ll use 3D imaging to determine if All-on-X is the right solution for your needs and design a plan that prioritizes stability, longevity, and aesthetics.

Yes! One of the biggest advantages of All-on-X is the ability to create a smile that looks, feels, and functions just like your natural teeth. The bridge is crafted from lifelike, durable materials like zirconia or layered porcelain for a realistic appearance. Your implants will provide solid support underneath, eliminating the slipping, clicking, or discomfort that often comes with dentures. Whether you're eating, speaking, or laughing, your All-on-X smile will feel just as stable and effortless as your natural teeth.

The implants themselves can last a lifetime with excellent oral hygiene and regular dental care. They're made from biocompatible titanium and are designed to integrate permanently into your jawbone. The prosthetic bridge, meanwhile, typically lasts 10–20 years depending on the material, daily habits, and care routine. Good home care (like brushing, flossing, and using a water flosser) along with professional maintenance visits will keep your new smile functional and beautiful for decades.
